Clifton Quality Meats is a collaboration between two family businesses. Our butchery business traces its roots back over 100 years and has been a purveyor of fine meat, poultry and game originally on the Fylde Coast but now nationally. The business has evolved from chain of traditional butchers shops to a network of purpose built catering meat units to ensure state of the art hygiene as well as local reliable delivery. Our 60+ work force all have the highest hygiene and general qualifications appropriate to their role ranging from National Vocational Certificates to advanced HACCP Principles.

Similarly our farming business traces it roots back over 100 years on the Fylde Coast and is now one of the principle farmers in Lancashire. This family business has similarly evolved over the years and now carries all leading animal welfare qualifications.

These two family businesses work together to ensure that values that have made our businesses successful for over 100 years remain in place today ensuring that we will be here to provide you with the very best of products to the highest standards.
